I'm reading this book right now for english class and I was wondering if anyone else has read it, or even heard of it. it's a little hard to understand in some parts but it is an okay book I guess. :think: from what I can understand, then young girl, Ellen, lives with her grandmother because her parents passed away. Ellen's life has never been easy because of the way her father treated her but she tries to make the best of everything.
