there is a way to stop the e-mails from the group

when you become a
member it ask what Message Delivey you want and you click the one
you want

Individual E-Mail is every post on the board is e-mailed to you
no E-Mail You just read all the post on the board
Daily Digest you get 1 e-mail a day with all the post of the day
Special Notices Mean I only send you e-mail if something special
Is going on

You can go to the members link and change your Message Delively
anytime you want Or you can click edit My Members and change your e-
mail setting and if you need help change your e-mail setting plase e-
