| I think this is the funniest episode of little house that was ever made, For those who may not know or remember, Fred was a billy goat that Laura got for doing some work. Fred was good at destroying things and ramming people in the but when they bent over. It was funny seeing misses Olsen get hit and knocked in the mud. DOC Baker, Rev Alden, Mr Edwards, Charles all got hit. |

| I havn't seen this episode. I want too soo bad. But the people who I'm borrowing the DVD's from does not have the disc with this one on it! It went from disc 1 to 3. I was pretty disapointed, esp. after I read all of these post about it! :o( _________________

| "Fred" is a great episode. It's the last of its kind!
Yes, it's a hilarious episode, but there's a bit of seriousness in it too. If you get the Hallmark Channel, you should be able to watch it in a month or so in the 10am or 11am time slot. They're currently showing season 1 in the morning time slots, so it won't be long before they get to season 3. _________________

| I was wrong....My friends who I borrow LHOTP from DID have this disc. I watched it Sunday night for the first time. I'm still laughing!! When Mr. Parsons got hit, and started saying all those things about Fred, my brothers were laughing so hard it was funny watching them! I think Pa was funny too, all the things he said about Fred. Laura: "He's the last of his kind" Pa: "Well, I certanily hope so!" And, Mr. Edwards saying how much he liked goats....with biscuits and gravy! _________________

| We have two goats for my son's 4-H and it is fun to just stand there and watch how they behave. My son will sit on a upside down trough we have out there and that one goat will get up there beside him and "nudge" him off! Then he'll jump off and twist in the air! _________________

Well, its happend to me before. We have milk goats, and a billy, who is HUGE! I havn't gotten butted by him (yet) but we did have one before, that I got in a 'tussle' with, and it was NOT fun. They can really hurt you. Thankfully I didn't get hurt, but I still don't care to repeat it! But, I still did think Fred was SO FUNNY! _________________

| My husband raised a few goats growing up and he would love to get in the yard and "wrestle" with them. They are very interesting animals....but alot like small children...you have to watch out for them. _________________ It is the lack of Christianity that has brought us where we are.
