Wow, I knew he looked familiar, but I didn't make the connection. I've done that with other LHotP guest stars -- not recognizing them from other, more famous roles. For example, the episode "No Beast So Fierce" features Peter Billingsley, who is best known for his role as Ralphie in the movie A Christmas Story. I love that movie and watch it at least twice every Christmas season, but I didn't realize that Gideon was played by Billingsley until I read this and saw the episode again.
Anyway, I like "I Remember, I Remember" -- a really nice story about how Charles and Caroline first met and how they remembered it years later. The dance at the end is great. The funny thing about this one is when I first see the young Charles, I think to myself, "Hey, what's Albert doing in this one?"

| Speaking of "recycled" actors...the actress playing young Caroline; was she the same girl with the stuttering problem in another episode? She and Laura were best friends, Laura laughed at her and hurt her feelings, they made up, Nellie had the girl try to recite "Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers", etc.
Same actress or not?

| This is a great episode because it's a very cute story of how Ma and Pa met. I love the part where young Charles is begging Caroline to come outside. So cute!

| Yes! LOL...The first time I saw Mathew Labortheaux starring like young Charles I couldn't undersyand what was going on there! (Since I've seen previously the epies in which he plays Albert)
But I love "I remember, I remember", even if the events were not as told in the show...
