| Hello all. My name is Joe and I just had to get out of Salt Lake (they think 'real different' there) and make for greener pastures. I've heard that Walnut Grove is as good a place as any to start anew so here I am. Been a fan of LH since it first ran but stopped watching after Mary went blind. I am so glad I had the chance to recently (2 years ago) re-discover it for the show has not lost anything in my mind. The lessons taught in the show I am sure have molded me but they didn't seem like 'preaching' at the time. They went down as smooth as ice-cream covered apple pie. I am a 43 year old atheist that also enjoys collecting books and watching silent movies. Here is to getting to know you, silent-partner aka Joe |
