I spent the morning baking bread and cookies. So, while I was baking, I was thinking about the fact that I don't care for crunchy cookies - I love 'em soft. But one of my friends is just the opposite, and he won't eat a soft cookie . . . . only the crunchy ones. So which do you prefer?

I prefer soft baked cookies too. I always think hard crunchy cookies are too messy to eat. Every time you bite down on it, it never breaks at where you bit, then a piece always falls down with crumbs everywhere. LOL
