Good for you Jacob.......I am the same way........I grew up watching an aunt and my grandpa smoke cigarette after cigarette and they both died with Lung Cancer. I have never smoked, never had the desire to smoke and NEVER will smoke!!

Another good point. One of my managers came into the office one day and found a cigarette in the floor. Most, if not all, of the people I work with smoke, so I was shocked when she asked if I'd been the one smoking inside - I told her not me, among other things, I couldn't afford it.

I smoked for a very short time when I was 18. I wasn't very impressed with it and haven't smoked since.

I used to smoke I quit in 2002-2003.
I was a half pack a day person.

A good tool to quit is for your family Love or guilt Blue
My Aunt was in remission from cancer and it came back as brain cancer. I tried to hide my smoking from her but she found out and her daughter-in-law who I care about very much confronted me in front of my Aunt and I admitted it. My Aunt was dying then and I wanted her to live to see me quit so I did. And she died 4 days later. I did fall back but for only very short times and haven`t had a cigarette in almost FOUR YEARS WooHooo
