about a month ago I was looking through some old posts on here and someone, I don't remember who it was, had a post and they gave the name of a website where they downloaded a program that they used to get screenshots (or screen captures?) from episodes of LHOTP. does anyone know the name of this website or the program?

I found a link you posted on another thread for avsmedia.com...sorry if I'm being a pain but do you know what program to use on that site for screen captures? sorry if I'm being annoying!!
