LOL! Not many, actually. Poor Dad........He's so used to the way that Mom makes coffee......He said that the hospital just doesn't know how to make a good cup of coffee. That first sip that he had tasted like a bit of heaven - but then after that, apparently, reality set in. LaughingSmiley2 He'll be glad to get home and have some "real" coffee.

WE'RE HOME!!!

They had told us that Dad would be released around 11:00 am - today. Well........eight hours later, we were still waiting. BUT.......Dad's surgeon, who had to okay Dad's release, was called in for emergency surgery. Not much that could be done about that. But it sure made for a long, long day. I took the divided highway home, and got home as fast as was legally allowed. Dad is thrilled to be home. And Opie has barely left his side since we arrived here. GreenSmile

By the time we got home, he was so tired, he just wanted to rest. But first thing in the morning, he'll have some coffee. (I had coffee as soon as we got home, though. LOL!)
