For my precious ones

I went and visited my precious niece and nephews today. They're in a pretty bad situation right now, and could use a lot of prayers. Their parents lost another apartment, and had to move. (It isn't because they don't have the money. Their priorities are in a different place) This is the fourth move within a year for the children. April was stressed, and just awful toward the children. When they lived with me, they weren't used to being shouted and screamed at.

Rachel and Michael both have asked me why their Mother took them away from us if she was just going to scream at them all the time.

Anyway..........I won't go into more detail.........You all have heard so much about this over the past year, you're probably getting a little tired of the soap opera drama. But, please, continue to pray for the children. They sure need it.

No, Savannah, I'm not getting tired of hearing about everything at all. I know how much you care for those kids, you love them like they are your own. My heart breaks for all they have been going through. I still wish there was a way for them to be back home with you. Of course I will continue to keep them in my prayers.

Savannah, like you told me not too long ago, we don't get tired of hearing about your loved ones and their needs. We are all praying for the children and the situation that they have been placed in. I cannot imagine how hard this must have been for them and how they feel about being away from the home they have always known.
Keep us posted dear one. We are praying for the children, their parents as well as you and your parents. God is in control and He cares!

I forgot to mention, that they at least ARE staying within about a mile of where they had been living - so they aren't terribly further away. (Thanks for asking, Rob! )

I would never get tired of hearing about them, as Teresa said also I think about them and pray for them often. What a tough situation to be in at any age, but especially when you're so young and things are even harder to understand. Prayers for your family. {{hugs}}

Oh, those poor kids. 4 moves in one year?!?! I can't even imagine. WHY oh WHY can't child services see how unhealthy and dysfunctional this family is?!?! Ugh. I'll be praying for them, Savannah. And please feel free to talk about this....we all know you need to and we're here for you. It's alright
