| I'm not superstitious. Friday the 13th has never done me any harm. Now.......Saturday the 14th - THAT'S another story. But still, it's not the day or the date that gave me the kick in the teeth. I don't really believe in luck. Although, there HAVE been times when I feel like that old Hee-Haw song:

| No, but my X-motherinlaw was superstitious.

| In a jar.
Each year, she would add to the jar until it was full and then get a new one.
Apparently, she'd been doing it since she moved out of her family home and got her own place.
She tried to convince me to do it as well...and to this day I think she is convinced that my not doing so led to her son and I getting a divorce.

So, today is Friday the 13th. Is there anyone here who is superstitious about this day? I'm not superstitious about anything really, in fact, the #13 is Jake, my son's favorite number, he always had to have it on his sports jerseys.......
