I never missed this show....my dad and I loved to watch it together. And I never really appreciated just how great a physical comedy actor John Ritter was until I was older and watched it again.
I was always hoping that Jack & Janet would get together.

I have watched the show. It's a funny show. I liked it better when Don Knotts joined the show as lanlord Ralph Furley.

Was that the one that John Ritter was on later in life? I can't remember the name, but it was really cute.

I always liked the feisty daughters in that one, especially the red-headed one. Those girls seemed like they really could have been John's daughters. Great chemistry all the way around on that show.

I LOVED Three's Company! I was always telling my brother to be Jack and I would be Janet. Lance would cry because he didn't want to be Jack. When I would ask him why he would say " I don't like falling down all the time." SO, I would put his thick auburn curls in pig tails and tell him to be Crissy. He liked that better and would just SMILE! John Ritter was one for my favorite comedians, next to Tim Conway . He went way too soon.

Yep, I loved Mr. Furley but I really loved the Ropers as the landlords even more. Stanley's facial expressions always cracked me up.
Gin, growing up with you must have been an absolute hoot! Oh the stories your brother could tell us!

SO NEAT!
Suzanne Somers pays tribute to John Ritter on 'Dancing with the Stars'
Suzanne Somers brought a sweet and sentimental touch to Monday's episode of "Dancing with the Stars," reprising her "Three's Company" character Chrissy Snow to pay tribute to her late co-star John Ritter.
For Somers' performance, the reality-TV series went all out, re-creating the vintage set of the hit '70s sitcom that starred Ritter, Somers and Joyce DeWitt. Even Somers' dance partner, Tony Dovolani, immersed himself in the experience, standing in for Ritter to play the role of Jack Tripper.
"What are you eating?" Somers asked, in character.
"Brains," Dovolani replied, as Jack.
"Oh. I never had any brains," Somers joked.
To the studio audience's delight, the two then glided across the set's living-room floor to perform a fox-trot that ended with twirl after twirl, and the kind of physical comedy that would fit right in on "Three's Company."
With Somers seated on the set's couch, Dovolani gesticulated that he wanted a hug and leaped toward her arms, only for her to turn aside and grab the bowl of "brains." With no arms to catch Dovolani, his momentum launched him over the entire couch.
It appeared to be an emotional night for Somers, who also posted a black-and-white photo of herself and Ritter, with the caption, "A legendary comedian and even dearer friend. I love you, John."
