Alban Brantan has died

Alban Brantan, who played Daniel in Silent Promises, has died. Alban taught at a school for the deaf.

That's too bad. Was he ill?

I'm not sure. I saw it on the fans of little house on the prairie face book page.

After doing some searching, I found mention of his death in the school newspaper where Alban taught. Looks to be an unexpected death.......This is from the California School For The Deaf at Riverside, California. The pictures were in the announcement.........He was appx 53 years old...


It is with great sadness that I must inform the CSDR community that we lost another CSDR staff member last week. Alban Branton unexpectedly passed away on July 5. Alban served CSDR for 18 years and was an Alumni with the Class of ’81. He will be sorely missed by friends, family and the CSDR community. Friends are planning a memorial service to take place during the Fall semester, with more details forthcoming.
