Glen Campbell, 'Rhinestone Cowboy' Singer Who Fused Country and Pop, Dead at 81. I grew up with the songs of Glen Campbell. My oldest brother learned to play the guitar by watching and listening to him. Such a big influence on our family. Such talent and he will be sorely missed....

I grew up with Glen's songs, too. "Wichita Lineman" will always be my favorite.

His daughter, Ashley, is a talented musician in her own right. She wrote this song about his battle with Alzheimer's.

My parents are big fans of Glen Campbell's music so I grew up listening to it. I found this article/video online about Tanya Tucker (another country singer I grew up listening to because of my parents) and a tribute song to Glen Campbell she released after he passed. May he rest in peace bawling
