My mom was in-love with all those guys you mentioned! LOL But her fave 3 that she swooned over were Elvis, Ricky Nelson, & Bobby Darin.

Elvis, Ricky and Bobby were talented. Fabian's singing in this video sounds like a joke.

Ha!  I remember when Milli Vanilli won the Grammy for Best New Artist.  That was the thing that kind of made me divorce myself from modern pop music.  It was like... okay, industry insiders - people who KNOW music - were saying that, yeah, these guys are good, so obviously I just didn't get it anymore.  It was about that time that I started listening to a lot of classical.  

I think they won in '90...shortly after that their little scammed was discovered, and they had to give their Grammy back. IMO, the 90's was pretty much the beginning of the end when it came to music. Still better than NOW, but that's when music started deteriorating. Then along came the 2000's...

This song came out my senior year in H.S. I hated this then because I was in the heavy metal/hard rock "hair" bands then. However, now that I listen to this...it sounds kind of catchy!

Oprah had a feature on "where are they now" on the people who actually sang on this song!

That's the problem! The catchiness lures unsuspecting listeners in!   

You wanna talk horrifyingly catchy? Maybe Dave will remember this one. It was a big hit in 1976 by an English group called Brotherhood of Man. Note the nifty choreography!
