British Comedies

Does anyone watch British comedies? Here is a clip from one of my favorites, Only Fools and Horses.

This is a hilarious clip, Beckie! It had me !

I really like the British sense of humor. When I was in high school way back when, they showed Monty Python's Flying Circus every Sunday night on PBS. If you were cool, you watched it.

I love some of the British comedies, too, Beckie! They're a lot of fun.

The British version of The Office was so much fun to watch and I was another one who watched Monty Python back in my high school days. Rob, we must be around the same age....I graduated high school in 1980.

Oh, I love 'The Office', but I've never seen the British version! I'm a big fan of Mr. Bean...I'm thinking about taking my son to see the latest movie he has out. It seems like his PBS epies were always better than his movies though, for some reason.

When I first joined this board, I seem to remember us talking about that, and I said that my class envied the Class of '76 because it had such a nice ring to it. Or am I just imagining it?

Nope, you are not imagining it or dreaming it. I was the Class of '76, the Bicentennial Class and all other kinds of neat names....and you missed it!

Okay, I graduated 8th grade in 1976 and I remember all of us writing our names in a time capusule that they buried in front of our Town Hall. I also remember going to see the musical movie 1776. Does anyone remember that movie?

I am glad you liked the clip. It's bleeding hilarious. I didn't expect what happened in it, lol. The guy in the Robin suit (Rodney) is my favorite.
