Holly, after clicking and opening the link, copy and paste the link to the site you want to post it at.

To copy and paste: After the link is opened, right click on the address in the address bar highlighting it, click 'copy'. Go to the site you want to post it at or open a new email to whomever you want to send it to. When you post, right click and click 'paste'. This should put the link address for others to see.

If that is too difficult, here is the link without the shortcut I gave above:
