yea, I guess you would! Here's a funny story for you:

My mom was talking to some friends of ours who live in Alabama, down my the coast, and the lady was saying how cold it was there, and how she didn't go outside when it was that cold, and what her little girl had on to keep her warm (She had a coveralls, a dress over that, with a jacket over that, with gloves, hats, boots, etc..) and my Mom asked her what the temperture was, and she said: 45 degress! My mom laughed out loud! It was 45 here the other day, and none of us wore a jacket, and we were digging our short sleeve shirts out! Needless to say, the lady was affraid at our 27 degrees. About as affraid as I was at your -52! :Hahaha:

I have a friend who lives in Hawaii. The weather is so moderate there all year round that the people are very sensitive to any drop in temperature. He says that if it gets down into the low 60s, people break out their coats and stocking caps. SmileyCentral.com

I gotta say, if it's 45 degrees, I don't think I'll be wearing any short sleeve shirts. lol
That's cold for a shirt sleeve! lol for me at least...
How hot do summers get there Farmer girl?

Here in California... during one of the heatwaves... we dealt with temperatures of 110, 112.... so one time it was 99 degrees and it felt cool compared to the high triple digits we were having.... lol

Well, most summers it's in the 90's. This past summer though, it got to be 113 at one time. That was really, really, hot. It was because of the drought, though. 45 is what I like, being a hot natured person....

Here in S. Tx, we've had a warmer than usual winter....which I don't like. I love cold weather, although not -40 cold! In Jan we had a cold spell where it didn't get out of the 40s for about a week. Around here, when a front comes in and the temp drops to, say 60, people are seen in parkas and the whole nine yards! It's very amusing! Our summer temps usually peak and stay in the upper 90s-100s range. sunny Which is WAY too hot. As a child, I lived in Kansas and Illinois and I loved the weather there.

You're talking Celsius, right Jacob?

Right now I'm in the middle of a snow storm. Everyone is being told to stay home. I'm not sure how much we've gotten since it's drifting. It's gotta be about eight inches by now. I dug out a four foot drift at the end of the sidewalk. :b

I almost did the same thing myself today. It wouldn't have been pretty as there because it would have been in a store parking lot.

Spring is finally here, the lovely pink blooms on the "spray" tree outside my window are gone leaving a beautiful willow.
