Wow Jacob, congratulations and you're a lucky ducky!! I wish I could buy all LH books for THAT price. I bought all of my LH collections - Laura's Years, Rose's Years, and Caroline's Years - from Amazon.com and they were not .25 cents.

Jacob, we really need to go shopping! grinsmiley Seems you truly know how to find the deals! Thumbsup Congrats! (And LOL...I am the garage sale QUEEN in my family...my neices love to go 'hunting' with me on a lazy Saturday. There's nothing like finding a great deal! :sillySmiley: ).

Oh, and question: Is the title of the one book "Little Farm in the Ozarks"? or "Little House in the Ozarks?" I have Little House in the Ozarks and just wondered if there's a different one from this. (Mine has a white cover with a 'folk/prairie' scene on the front.).

I love shopping at garage sales, myself. Especially for all the retro treasures. It's sort of like shopping on ebay without all the shipping prices.

This isn't my whole collection. You can see pictures of all my books in the Book Club section in the Little House Library thread. I've been collecting them mostly over the past 11 years, after meeting two of Laura's relatives online. But I got my first LH books when I was in grades 7 & 8. I now have over 100 books.

I met Laura's first cousin twice removed on another LHOP site 11 years ago. Her great grandfather is Chrarles' brother Hiram. She introduced me to her cousin's wife and we have been chatting and emailing and even visiting in each other's homes ever since. I am headed to WI in July and together a few of us are heading to Mansfield to visit Rocky Ridge Farm and Independence, KS. I've talked about my friend here lots of times and have posted pics. Here is the thread from last year's visit: http://lhotp.editboard.com/departures-returns-f21/visiting-an-ingalls-t535.htm
