Ha! That question has a lot of answers, because nobody knows for certain. One theory is that it came about because in Medieval times people who couldn't write their names would sign documents with an ‘X’, and then kiss it in front of a witness as a symbol of sincerity. As time went by, ‘X’ became known as the sign of a kiss. But, there are other theories, too.

I play volleyball. It is great.
