PostSubject: Nintendo Wii and DS   Nintendo Wii and DS EmptyTue May 26, 2009 8:31 pm

I was just wondering if anyone else had these fun game consoles. I have recently bought both and must say that I enjoy them. I love Mario Kart. It is much easier on the DS than the Wii but either way, it's a party.
I am getting a workout with the New EA Sports Active program for the Wii and have just bought the walking program for the DS.
Does anyone have any suggestings and/or reviews for this new game junkie?

We don't have either, but I've used the Wii before. My son has it and he brought it over for the girls.

We have X-Box 360, which really isn't meant for the girls, but my hubby hopes one day he'll get to use it. They have some kiddie games, but most of the games are for teens and adults.

I have a DS, I love it! The Super Mario games are great, I also have a Sims one which is pretty fun. But the best one of all that I have is Nintendogs. I highly recommend it! You take care of the dogs and they are so realistic. You'll get a real laugh out of them. ROTFL

I have the Wii and love it! I recommend Super Mario Galaxy and Wii Fit. Really fun but I wish I had more time to play lol.

Yes... whenever we have a couple of people over... Mario Kart is the way to start the party lol

I haven't played this on the Wii or the DS but I have on Nintendo Game Cube.. we have 4 wireless controllers so you can imagine how fun it can get.

If you like Mario Kart, than you might also enjoy Mario Party. This is another one we like to play as it's a lot of fun and it has cool mini games... Thumbsup

We had a Wii bowling party for the ladies of our church a month or so ago. Some of them had never played with a Wii before and one lady had never bowled at all. It was sooo much fun and the ladies want to do it again sometime. We had 2 Wii's going at once.

We have both. We mostly play Yoshi Touch and Go on the DS. We got a Wii for Christmas so we don't have many games for it yet. I have Wii fit, but haven't had time to use it since we moved. How do you like the Sports Active?

I love the Sports Active. It really gets you moving and your heart racing. My legs don't like it as much as the arms do but they don't have any choice in the matter. The rest of the body goes and so do they, lol.
