What Age

What age were you when you got married? or when do you Plan to get married if you are not married already? Well i got no Clue when i'll get married i guess when i meet the right girl i think i'll meet her soon cause the old ladies have been busy trying to set me up with there granddaughters lol

My Brothers Mother in law once was talking about setting me up with there granddaughter she's crazy then i would have to call my brother Onkle lol

and our neighbor lady wanted to set me up with there granddaughter cause she wanted a husband who would wash dishes and i know how to wash dishes and My mother says she saw a girl who like me but mothers sometimes see something thats not happing cause i was standing there talking to my sister in law and the girl was standing beside her and i did't notice and i did't even know my mother was anywhere near me lol

But anyways if i want to do as two of my brothers did i'll be married in four years grinsmiley

lol. well just like Jacob i still have a few years ahead of me. lol i want to get married in between the ages of 19-21. yah that is extremely young, but i want to get married. lol God might have other plans for me which i know that He probably does so i will have to wait til that time comes!

Don't rush it little one, lol. I wanted to get married real bad too and look, I'm pushing 30 and still am not married, lol. When you are not looking for it is when it usually happens unfortunately.

Well, my 27 year old husband hand his hands full for a few years but he's a very patient man. :haha: I don't know if anything else would have helped me to grow up...

18 the first time, 19 or 20 the second time, 25 or 26 the third time, and I can never guarantee there won't be a next time.

My cousin just got married at 19. It's been about 5 months and they are already getting a divorce. However, one of my nieces got married at 18 almost 10 years ago and everything seems great with them. They have 2 beautiful children. So it all depends on the people and their maturity level.

Beckie, I totally agree with you about maturity---there are people who manage very well marrying at a young age. I was one of them---not saying I was super mature at the time, but I adjusted well to married life---it forced me to grow up quickly but I've never felt like I wished I'd 'sown my oats', you know? On the other hand, I think there ARE people who wait way too long to get married and start a family. We have friends that married 'late' (in their late 30's) and had kids at 40. To me, that's just too late. Not only is it risky (pregnancy that late in life), but you're 60 when your kid graduates from high school! My sister and brother-in-law got married later too, and they were very 'set in their ways'...they were used to going out on the town all the time and maintaining a certain quality of lifestyle that all changes when you have kids. My hubby & I never had that to begin with, so we couldn't 'miss' what we'd never had.

At what age you have kids all depends too. My parents had me late in life and all went well. My mom had me at 40 and my dad was about 50. Again it all depends on the people. Funny how things work out.
