Opie's Christmas greeting

This year, I wanted to have Opie "help" make the Christmas cards for my nieces and nephews. So, when I saw a small santa costume at Dollar Tree, I was thrilled. After several wrestling matches, a box of bandaids, a lot of begging coaxing, a can of tuna and the assistance of my SIL Krista, I finally got Opie to co-operate. If I'd have thought of the tuna FIRST, there'd have been no trouble. He POSED when I offered him the tuna! :Hahaha: So, this will be part of the card that the children get in the mail this year.













Then, tucked inside the card will be a picture, showing Opie "getting dressed". Of course....He was actually ripping the clothes OFF, but the children don't need to know that. :Hahaha:

I know my sister's cat, Bubba would not tolerate that being done to him!

I showed my husband Opie just now, and he said that the name fits him perfectly!!

I'd make a Caeser Christmas greeting, but it'd have to be one of him jumping inside the tree and knocking all of the ornaments because that seems to be his favorite activity lately.

Opie is awesome. I'm sure the children will love their greeting and will save them for years to come.

I have a Santa Suit for my 2 cats and know how hard it is to get it on them.

Lucky weighs at least 15 to 18 pounds herself. Maybe it's because she has been spayed that makes her look fatter. It's funny when she walks down the hall in front of you, her stomach swishes from side to side.

I had a parakeet and I wish I could have done stuff like that to him, but he was too small.
