Fan Fiction

So, I have decided to embark upon writing fan fiction. I actually started a few months back. A friend told me about it and I thought it was pretty cool. I still haven't finished my first story, but it is a romance/drama. I have some good ideas lined up for some others too.

I also have a couple of ideas for some Fan Fiction. Mind you, I've never written one before, so it will take time. I do have a few ideas, and maybe someday I'll get around to writing them.

One idea I have is for a "what if?" storyline. Basically, it's "what if Albert didn't die, and he DID become a doctor at Walnut Grove?" "What if the town never blew up and that 'Lassiter' guy never showed up there?" I wanted to write that story...through Carrie's eyes, as a teenager, visiting Walnut Grove again. I just have to put it down on paper first!

My 2nd idea for a story is about what could have happened right after "He Was Only Twelve." I want to write how the family would feel/react to James miraculously coming back to them. I personally think we were cheated out of that one. I would have especially wanted to see Cassandra's reaction! I do have some ideas.

So what do you all think of those? I don't know when I'll get around to writing them (and eventually posting them here), but I promise both stories will be up before 2012 is over! Smile

Which one do you guys want to read about first?

I know it's going to be fun writing them, and I hope you will enjoy reading them (and please, be brutally honest when you read them!).

I want to read all of them! You have great ideas. I like the "what if Albert didn't die" idea. I have actually wanted a story like that for a while now. I always believed Albert didn't die, but it would be cool to here the story.
