Alice it is Wonderful to know a couple of Languages I Know Low German (thats my First Language) I Know High German (Thats what our Hynm Books and most of our Bibels are) and i Also know English

Jacob, I just know a very little bit of Spanish and a couple of words in French. There are a lot of Amish and some Mennonites that live around my mother-in-law in PA. Don't they speak some sort of German, or am I mistaken.

Yes they Speak german to and they also sing highgerman songs some songs are the same we sing it is really easy to Understand them if you know highgerman i am a Mennonite myself But not one of those that still Drive a Buggie
