| Please remember Lauren (my son's g/friend) and her family. Her Dad's mother passed away Saturday. She was told just last week that she had liver cancer.
Lauren was a bit bummed that Grandma hadn't been able to see her yet since her jaw surgery.
Her Dad and Mom were on their way to MO when they got word that she had died.
Funeral will be tomorrow or Wednesday.   It is the lack of Christianity that has brought us where we are. Not a lack of churches or religious forms but of the real thing in our hearts. LIW.....Words From a Fearless Heart | |

| She is great Savannah. Her eyes have dark circles about them but I think that is only a small something to deal with. It would have been worse if she had not had the cheek implants. Her doctors seem happy, and I know she is. Just glad its behind her. It is the lack of Christianity that has brought us where we are. | I believe that funeral plans are today or tomorrow. It was decided that Lauren and her brothers will stay here and continue to stay in school. Lauren missed 9 days due to surgery and could only miss one more or she would have to take 10 days of tutoring in the summer. She has a summer job and that would upset that, so she will stay here in TX.
She has decided to remember her Grandma in happier and healthier times. She had lost 60 lbs and looked bad.
Thanks for remembering her family, her parents now need your prayers for a safe trip home and dealing with the void they will feel. It is the lack of Christianity that has brought us where we are.
