Thanks...he wasn't hard at all. Not sure how old he would have been in this photo but he really had a youthful look to his skin. Funny the things you notice when drawing. ha!

I know! Happy Dance!! I woke up at 2:30 thinking about it! All because a 65 year old Laura sat down and wrote some stories! I just keep thinking that, whenever we have one of these moments, or one of us meets for the first or fifth time! Its just amazing!

Well I didn't but I might do another one for him if he would like me to. I sent him a thank you message so maybe I will ask if he answers. Right before I decided to do that one, I was about to send him a message asking him if he had a favorite he might like me to do. I was having a problem finding a photo that didn't have him smiling so big his eyes disappeared. I have that problem myself.
It was making it hard to find one good to draw.

My new challenge is M. Landon. I have tried three different photos and I am not happy yet. I will get there but for now I am still digging a little.
I am thinking more about going to the reunion next summer. It would be such a good time to take it all in. Gotta see how to work out the cost.

Clay thought it was funny that Dean was wearing suspenders. I hadn't noticed at first, it just looks so natural for him to be in them.

No I mailed Kerissa the drawing. Let me just say she is a long way from Texas, but I had plenty of time to get it to her before she left for Missouri. It's on it's way back to me now, so I can't wait to get it framed.

I am looking into going next year, but we will have to see if I can. Yes, that would be great to finally meet you Marilyn.

I keep forgetting to post this. I did this about three months ago. I found the photo online and loved the rusty parts of this broken down wagon.
