I received both this drawing and the Somewhere in Time drawing in the mail today! stars I'll tell you what, viewing a sketch online just doesn't do justice.....it's simply impossible to capture the depth and beauty that seeing them in person does! yes Thank you Gin!!! Smiley Hug Wonderful job on both sketches! Applause

Oh, and I have to tell you, Brendan came home from work and didn't know anything about the sketch of our dog. His face just melted, and he said, "Oh, my puppy!!" loveheart SO sweet! LOL, she's 9 years old and we still refer to her as our puppy! HeeHee

I'll be working on finding frames (and wall space!) this weekend, for both sketches! I want something vintage-looking for the SIT one. Smile

That's so wonderful, Amy! What a sweet thing for Gin to do!

When you're looking for the vintage-looking frame, you might try going to Goodwill or some other thrift shop.....There are some really hideous pieces of "art" out there in *gorgeous* frames, and you can sometimes find a really sweet deal. I'm sure the people at the thrift shops think I have a horrifying taste in art. I buy the ugly pictures and "harvest" the fabulous frames.

Yes, it was a sweet thing for her to do! Smile What a joy to receive such a personalized gift in the mail. My mom adores Chelsey....I can't wait for her to see it and I want it framed when she does. I am definitely going to go with your idea Savannah! Heading to Goodwill first! Thumbsup

This is Emily, when she was 2. She was busy wrapping up my Dad's dog Bridget to keep her warm.

The drawings of Emily are adorable. You sure did bring her facial expressions to life. I agree, she sure can pose!

I love the wolf. I can't believe it's your first attempt!! It's great!
