Old Movie

A While back i saw part of this movie it was a Black & White movie there was this couple who wanted to fix up an Old House but all the people that were suppose estimate the cost of fixing the house all said they should tear it down then they decided to build a new house and once they started to build the house they ran into proplems so it cost more and more money i did't watch long enough to find out till it was all the way finshed

and the Guy always Ask What do you mean
Has anyone ever seen this movie and knows what it is called i really want to see the whole thing
