Prince Edward Island

I know there are a lot of Anne of Green Gables fans here. I just read that Live with Regis & Kelly will be broadcasting live from Prince Edward Island this week! Here's a promo from their website. There's a video, but I can't get it to play...

PEI Week promo

Well, thats cool. I was just looking at all my books yesterday. Got to get these on dvd soon.

Oh, that's neat. My sister went to PEI one year. I would love to go, but my hubby, well, let's just say it isn't on his agenda. When my sister was there, she took a photo of a house that was green and white, similar looking to Green Gables, and the sign on the mailbox said "Paul and Cheryl", which made me laugh, since my hubby's name is Paul.

Gin, I think I've pretty much worn out my DVDs I've played them so often. I ended up with the 3-disc set, but I still have the first two movies on VHS. I wish the DVDs for Road to Avonlea would come down in price. I have some of those on tape, but would love to have the entire series.

Wow, that's awesome!! That would be a dream come true for me to one day get there.


Cheryl, how ironic about that mailbox. And maybe we should plan to go together, seeing as I don't figure it's my hubby's first choice to visit either.

Hey, did anyone get to watch all last week? How was it? I am going to check youtube and see if there are any videos of it online.
