Phil was taking photographs of us with Karen when this man passed by, walking his dog. Karen asked him if he'd take a picture of the five of us, which I was so grateful for and it's one I'm going to frame and hang in the house.

I saw your pics only yesterday, and it was too late in the niight for posting . I really loved them...and Karen shows a so deep sweetness on them that she touched me without knowing her personnally. When you sees her face, you can notice that she is really an down-to-earth woman, even if she is a star of one of the most popular shows of the TV history.

Maureen, did you ask her if you could take some photos? I would be so afraid she wouldn't go for it, but my camera is with me everywhere so I would sure want some.

I know she is used to having people ask, and she is so kind to let you take some. I know you are still riding high from the visit.

Gin believe it or not, I was just so blown away to be with Karen I forgot about pictures. It was she who said we hadn't taken any and, can you believe, wanted some of us! What a lady.

I just this morning put the pics in the post to her because not being as computer savvy as the rest of my pals here, I don't know how to attach them to an E mail!

Alex I met Karen in her home town of Berkeley, just outside San Francisco, on our recent vacation to US.
