John Dye, the actor who played the angel of death on Touched by an Angel, died of a heart attack at only 47 years old.

That's awful to die so young. I loved him as Andrew. He'll be missed.

OH MY GOODNESS!!! He was so very talented and did such a good job in that role......And SO young.....my condolences to his family....

Oh, that is just far too young....my husband is that age. Very sad.

I just learned about this through this forum. TBAA is another of my favorite series, and I just love Andrew! So sad to hear that he died this young.
