I'm almost afraid to ask how cold it is there this morning. I see the temp in International Falls is -38 F!

Whoa.

The actual temp is -15, and supposed to get to 3 above. I was just e-mailing one of my neighbors that I am totally fed up with this brutally cold winter. We've had way too much snow this year, and it's always cold, but not for this long of a stretch. Next week it's supposed to be in the 20's, and it's going to literally seem like a heat wave. It really will! I just hate stepping outside and feeling the air sting my skin. My daughter's bus stop is just right up the street a couple of houses, and luckily her bus is always on time at 8:35/8:36. I have her go out at 8:34, and then she's only out there for a minute or so. Of course she's all bundled up. Needless to say, my son and I are not going ANYWHERE today.

Thanks for asking, Rob and Amy. What are the temps in your areas? I bet you're at least in the teens or 20's.

We had 9 (above) when I got up, and that's still the temp. We got 3-4 inches of snow overnight, but it's sunny now.

Wow! That is cold my friend....

We're up to a balmy -9. Ha!

Oh, I know. And it was seasonably cool in San Diego the week we were there. Although the low 60's and upper 50's was perfect. Now I see it's been in the mid to upper 70's.

We are in the high 50s low 60s here and I'm loving the sun's warmth!
It feels so good it makes me shiver... lol
I am told Shadow is sun bathing in the back yard... lol

By the way... I am ready for Spring to come! It's really pretty country around here when it does...

Minus 26 Celuis here right now yesterday it was minus 39 Celuis so it is a Heatwave right now but it is suppose to get Colder Again

I know what you mean. I used to mention how cold it was here to Rob - but he lives further north yet than I do, and he almost always wins the "Who has the coldest temp?" contest here in Michigan. You get bragging rights for that, so when I actually have the colder temperature, I wear it like a badge.
