I do. If I haven't used it in a year, it gets donated or tossed depending upon the condition.

I did a lot of spring cleaning this weekend.....haven't purged that much yet, but I'm making a start. The sunshine certainly helps!

That's what I do with my clothes, when I switch my spring/summer stuff with the fall/winter stuff, if I haven't worn it at all in the past year, I donate it. I figure if I haven't used it, I don't need it. This year, the hubby and I are planning on cleaning out our attic, which should be an adventure. It's been completely used as a storage area for the 2 years we've had our house, so it's going to take a bit of time to go through everything, but I'm looking forward to getting it under control, and donating anything we don't need (or tossing, if it's in too bad of shape).

Well, I should say that's how I handle my stuff, but the hubby holds onto everything. We've been in the house 11 years now and he still hasn't unpacked everything he brought over from his parents' house, but I can't toss it. He might use it one day. No
