So we had a free HBO preview this weekend and they gave all the Planet of the Apes movies. I recorded them all and I have 2 more to see (out of 5).
I liked the 2001 version and had never seen the original Planet of the Apes movie. I really liked them! I saw 3 of them back to back lol
The first one is my favorite so far though... the ending really got me! Great movie!
I don't know how many of you know of the new movie coming soon: "Rise of the Planet of the Apes"
Looking forward to seeing it!

Oh, my hubby will be thrilled to hear this---he is a big fan, and I'm sure he doesn't know anything about this! I always liked this series myself too.

I am SOOOO glad that I did not see any posters of the planet of the apes before I saw the movie. I don't know who had the bright idea to have this as the movie poster for it! I mean... hello! It gives away the ending right away! lol
Loved the score to this movie too!

I own 2001 version Planet of Apes. My favorite actor, Mark Wahlberg is in this movie. I saw the previews for 2011 Planet of the apes. Comes out days after my birthday. So, I might see it.

Just check out what Rotten Tomatoes gave it. (The best review site, as far as I'm concerned. ).
