Here's something cool. These are cinemagraphs, which are defined as "elegant, subtly animated creations that are something more than a photograph but less than a video":

They may not have fully loaded for you, Joe. Each photo has sections that are animated. Try refreshing the page and maybe it'll work.

Oh! I forgot that you access through your phone! Yes, I would guess that that's the issue. In the top image, the man who's reading the newspaper is actually turning the pages of the paper he's reading. And in the second image, the lady's hair is being blown by a gentle breeze.
