Now this is odd. I've been having it off and on over the last 2 weeks. My right hand is noticeably colder than the left hand. It starts from about halfway down the left forearm. What could be the reason?
By the way its happening at the moment.

Umm, Alex...is it affecting your brain as well? Your subject line says, "Cold left hand" and your post says your right hand is colder than the left....
