Dogs and physics 135245 The car was at least driving slow enough that the other dog could keep up, so hopefully the jumper wasn't hurt.

Dogs and physics 279394 Oh my stars, that brings back memories! When my first dog, Mac, was a puppy, we were taking her to a grooming appointment. I had the window rolled HALFWAY down, and we were driving about 40-45 mph down a country road....Mac saw a squirrel or a rabbit or SOMETHING, and she jumped out of my arms and out the window!! Dogs and physics 987572 Dogs and physics 184143 She wasn't injured in the slightest, but I thought I was going to die just watching her!

Whoa, that would have totally freaked me out!! I'm glad Mac was ok! Chelsey (our Golden) would never do something like that, but Jenna (our Beagle)? Yep, I can see her doing it in a heartbeat---our little 'killer', LOL!

Last year, my parents' Pomeranian mix jumped off their SECOND story deck, when she saw a squirrel! Dogs and physics 244441 She ran after it through the woods behind them before they could even fathom what happened! She did come back, but man...what a one track mind! Dogs and physics 279394 And she sustained NO injuries!! Dogs and physics 184143 She could have been killed!! Dogs and physics 279394
