I have been feeling very tired lately. I have gotten proper sleep though, and am eating very well!
But I feel tired and weak alot, especially starting in the afternoon. It's like my energy went bye bye then.
Any ideas on why?

Maybe stress. Struggling with problem for months could tire everyone! Besides, it's quite normal to be tired toward the end of the day. We works all day long and when we arrives ro afternoon we are quite tired.

Well, right now, Julia, I'd say that it probably has to do with the heatwaves we've been experiencing. That'll tire a person out even if you're eating well and getting enough sleep. Be sure that you're drinking enough water, too. Another explanation could be that you may be growing.

B-12 is good for energy...I used to get real tired in the afternoons after recovering from my cancer.....I would basically fall asleep at my computer at work......Started taking B-6 and then B-12.... Thumbsup

Well, I think it possibly could be I am growing. Momma measured me yesterday and I have grown almost a half inch. That is basically an inch and a half in one month's time! And I am going to bed earlier these days too. I have been a little stressed about a certain issue lately so alot of things could be factors.

Take your vitamins. They help you, not to be sleepy. It's okay to rest. To rest your body. for like 10-15 minutes. Just don't tried fall asleep. If, your stressed. Listen to music. Like your favorite band.
