Apologies. Empty
PostSubject: Apologies.   Apologies. EmptyWed Aug 24, 2011 10:22 pm

I feel like I owe alot of you an apology on this forum. You all may have noticed I kind of backed off. Some of it was on purpose, the rest I will explain.

On the "on purpose" part was that I was upset with some of you all for not believing that I am doing much better when it came to my eating, when I really was. I now understand you all just care for me so much. I want you all to know that I am still doing well and this is the first time I have gone this long without a "relapse". I also decided to get help from my pastor which has further helped me. Smile

On the "rest" part was that I got so involved with things that were not important that I sorta left everyone in the dust so to speak. I want to apologize for putting everything first before my dear friends that mean so much to me. That is wrong and I have been trying to make ammends.

Also alot has happened in my life. I have had many issues concerning males. One with a 26 yr. old pursuing me and we had to deal with that and I think we finally have. Then several guys at my church like me and all of them except for 2 are in their 20's. Then there are some other guys that are just..ick. I have been feeling EXTREMELY pressured with all these males at once. Frying pan (I hope you don't mind me borrowing your pan Miss Savannah!) The pressures and stress has caused me to lose a lot of sleep, then to where I couldn't even sleep and would get panic attacks at night that were terrible. Now I am MAKING myself go to bed earlier, no matter how much I hate it. I try to get in bed around 11:00-11:30 PM. I am also drinking honey and cinnamon and eating lots of bananas, which has really helped my health! They do wonders!

It really looks like my Dad is going to be getting this job! deputy Never mention it on facebook though. Rules.

Anyway, I felt apologies and some explaining was in order. I am trying to pull myself and life together and make something of it. wootwoot

Love you all so much!

Looks like you're doing a good job of it. yes (I think a cricket bat is better than a pan...in tight situations. BatHit )

Oh and is it any coincidence you used Font Georgia to post this? Huh?

And congratulations for your Dad. grinsmiley

I always believed that you were able to pull off alone from your eat dissorder...Well, not alone. Anyone could do things alone. You are being supported by God, and this is not a minor helper, I think! Thumbsup I'm happy you searched a little help from our pastor. He could help you a great deal too.

I'm glad your dad is close to have a new job and that things seems to be improving in your life. We have some moments in our lives that all things seems to be wrong and then, little by little, they began to change from bad to good. Go ahead!!!! You are able to d whatever you want with God help. Smile

So glad to hear that your dad may be getting the job with the police force!

As for the whole stressed-out-over-the-guys thing...Honestly, I think you're taking it way too seriously. Boys flirt (girls do, too - but that isn't the point right now) and if every girl took every boy's flirting seriously, they'd go crazy. And some boys are just really friendly, and it can come across as liking a girl if they aren't careful. Either way, I'd just relax, not worry about it, and enjoy being 16.

Any word on the Arby's position for you?

Oh! And borrow my pan any time you like.

I have to agree. I mean... this is the first time I hear of someone having panic attacks at night due to guys flirting with them. Really? Maybe it would be good to talk to your pastor so he can have a talk with all the 20 year olds in church that are after you. There is no need to suffer so much when you talk to the right people greenS

On the other stuff, I'm glad you are doing better.

I was meaning pressures of life, not the guys so much. Like the money issues.

Good said, Savannah. When one is a teen, sometimes we can mistake a simple request of friendship with a more serious thing. It's pretty common that boys of that age uses to flirt. If you takes every single flirt as a real request of love you'll be totally stressed about it! Yikes

Haha, I totally understand about the flirting thing. I get that alot. Argh! But I have had many tell me they like me. But I that part is just like 10% of the stress issues. The rest are many other things. Like one big thing is that I am nervous about getting older and kind of miss being younger.

Being a teen can be a crazy and stressful time. I know my son gets stressed because so many changes are heading his way. I know it's difficult not to, but try not to stress about things such as the financial issues. We've been there, and the last thing I've wanted was for my kids to worry about it because their dad and I were handling it. It does get better. Some of my favorite memories are from my teen years, even though there were times I worried so much about everything changing.

Well, it's normal. Teen age is the moment in which you are always wandering about things, making up theories about life and worrying over petty things. I can say it, for I was this way when I was a teenager myself. Ooops I also used to wander if it was better to be older or younger...Hehehe. It's a typical thing! grinsmiley
