19 Year Old with Brain Cancer

Prayers needed on behalf of Nick Brumfield, a 19-year old young man going through brain cancer. He has chosen to end his treatments and spend the rest of his time with his family. Nick is a member of the Lord's church and is ready to "Go Home". His father is a Gospel preacher and I know they would appreciate your prayers as well.

Many prayers are going out for this family. What a sad situation - and yet, what a blessing that they have their faith to rely on, and that they know that it won't be goodbye forever. It still hurts to have to part with loved ones, but knowing that it isn't truly "goodbye" is certainly a comfort.

Nick passed away at 4:30 this afternoon....we were at the Youth Night and his youth group was there....they escorted them from the auditorium to a class room to break the news to them....so sad..... Blue

When one heards about a teen dying of cancer one feels RAGE. I'll pray for him and his family. They'll need it. banghead

What a horrible loss. Nick really did live life to the fullest while he was here, that is obvious. My heart breaks for this poor family. I'll be praying for them Rhonda.
