Where I live in So Cal i get snow that sticks once in a blue moon. First time was Jan of this year, haven't seen any stick since 12 years ago.

We went from 70º this morning to 50º by 2:00 p.m. and it is now 39º at 10 till 9:00!!!

Wow, Rhonda!! Try to stay warm. It's just about freezing here, but I'm used to it, because it came over a few days rather than a few hours.

We got about 3 inches of snow overnight. It's beautiful! And we're supposed to get down to 16 degrees tonight. (That's minus 8C for the Canadians, South Americans and Europeans.)

We had some snow yesterday, but it melted. So did the ice. I don't mind the ice melting. That made driving a lot easier!

We got snow on Wed. and it stuck!! I was so happy, we had a white thanksgiving hopefully we will have a white Christmas too. It was pretty warm today so it all melted though.

Oh, WOW, Rob! We're getting snow here, too - but not on that kind of a scale. I haven't looked outside since I got home, but it was really coming down then. I think I hear some rain out there now, though. I'll have to check and see in a few minutes.

I've really been looking forward to snow! (And my neighbors already figure I'm nuts, so what have I got to lose? :Hahaha: )

Well, an old lady once said that snow in general is just a series of unassembled snowmen. So I'll probably leave it at that. batEyes

I hope you get enough to build one, though. It would be a shame to disappoint those neighbors.

Well, we ended up getting a foot or so. The bad news is that the temperature crept up to the high 20s during the night, so the snow is very heavy and crusty. sunny

We got about 2 inches overnight. We're supposed to get more during today, but so far nothing. I guess I should stop acting like I'm six and hoping for a snow day and get to studying.

We got about four inches . . . . and then the freezing rain came! My back door was frozen shut, and the roads were hideous. Cancellations everywhere today.
