I'm sorry I'm just now seeing this, Amy. All of you sure have had a rough few days, to say the least. It is so good to hear your mom is home. I'm sure they are both sleeping so well in their own bed. I'll pray for a quick recovery for your mom.

Thank you Teresa & Pam! Smile I hope they are sleeping well too. My dad has been so 'overly tired' lately that he just hasn't been able to sleep. I'm sure Savannah can relate to that! Yikes

I just talked to her and she sounds 'normal' and relieved!! My dad said they're about to go to bed (it's 6:20!) and that they'll probably sleep for 24 hours! LOL!!!

Oh, and yes Teresa, I am very blessed to live only 10 minutes away from my parents, especially as they are aging. I know they are very grateful for both my sister and I. (She lives up the road from me!).

What good news, Amy! Nothing could be beter than being home. Your mother must feel very relieved and finally she could be able to see her dog again, which is VERY important for her. Being happy is a great thing to improve your health.

Poor your dad! No doubt he needs some sleep. Offtobed

I'm happy things seems to being O.K again. Smile

Vanesa.

Thank you Vanesa. Actually, I still have the dog probably through tomorrow night. They just don't want her underfoot right now while my mom is recovering, which makes sense. I'll be happy to send her home tomorrow though. batEyes

I didn't remember the dog was with you. When she could go to your mother's house, they'll be very happy...your mother...and the dog! grinsmiley

Well, the dog was home for a bit with her, but my mom was annoyed by her. She's on Vicodin and it's making her really loopy. So the dog went to my sister's for a couple of days. My mom is off the Vicodin now so she may be able to have the dog back now.

My mom is still recovering nicely at home, but it's so hard for me right now that I can't be with her. I have the flu and can't risk exposing her. It just stinks because I know my parents need me right now. No

Aw, I'm sorry, Amy. Are you feeling any better yet?

Thanks Rob. Nope, worse today. Blue The cough is in full force now, to add to everything else. sickcold And it just hurts because my dad called last night to see if I'm 'really sick', to the point of not being able to come visit. I'm like, "Dad, I have the flu! I'm in bed!" Sick2 He is just desperate for company, I know. No I just can't believe how terrible this timing is. I hope my niece and nephew will come visit them today.

Thank you for asking Savannah. Smile I'm doing much better! I still didn't go to my walking 'class' tonight, since my cough is still there and it's aggravated with exercise. But for the most part, I'm back to normal. Well, as normal as can be! Ooops

Is that YOU in your avatar???? What a gorgeous avatar!! thud And I love your signature too! Just beautiful.

I'm so glad that you're feeling better, Amy!

And
Thank you! I'm always a little uncomfortable having a "me" avatar, unless it's very small. Thank you so much for the beautiful compliment!

I'm happy you are improving, Amy...I'l keep praying fpr you.

And everyone's Christmas avatars are beatiful. Very poetic. I don't change my avatars too often, since I think they represents my personality...and I don't change my personality pretty often! grinsmiley HeeHee
