But please don't take my word for it, ask Doc Baker. then, why do they tell us, drink 4 or more bottles of water? if, it's gonna killed you. So, how much is too much of drinking water. They usually say 8 glasses a day. Health expert so confusing. tell you one thing, then, they tell you other thing.  | |
