Postage Rate Change

The Stamp goes up.

Stock up on the Forever stamps before they increase the postage again!

They JUST changed them a year or year and a half ago. This is the quickest increase that I have ever seen. With the way some of our mail comes to the office, it is a wonder it even gets to us. And with email, snail mail almost is nonexistent......Nothing against our dear Lily........really.......

Ahem.......... No wonder my ears were ringing at work today.

I don't deal with the windows since I work upstairs in the office, but I do know the lines were to the front door today with people buying the 2 cents stamps, all the window clerks were going crazy. lol Won't you believe I forgot to buy my 2 cents!! Even til this day, I don't know why we never make it the even number. Now about the mail service, we receive compliments from the customers as well as complaints, I personally have experienced both. My regular mailman Nick is wonderful, :woohooo: but his floater (name withheld please) is a different story. :bash:

Everything is shooting up quickly...except for the minimum wage! I've gotten to where I do a bunch of my bill paying online or pay them in person. There isn't much that I mail off anymore but a few bills and snail letters.

This drives me mad, because I have to get those 2 cent stamps because I have about 20 of the 39 cent ones left. I hate when they do this.
