| So, I'm on my laptop. Then this Internet Security tells me, my laptop is infected it. So, it's doing it full scanning. If, I want full security. I have to paid for it. I don't have the money. I'm just hoping after the scan. My laptop will be working. Cause right now, won't let me be online. So, I'm on my desktop. I don't go to any bad websites. | |

| I found out it's fake window security center. Still won't let me go online. Until I paid it. I tried remove it. But, I don't know how. So, I made a new user account on my laptop. I'm smart. I just need to figure out how to transfer pictures, music from one account to other account on the same laptop. If, anyone has ideas or know how do it. please let me know. as soon as possible. step by step. | |

| Melissa, download Malwarebytes here:
Malwarebytes Free
Click on the "download now" button, and that will take you to the free version. Once you've downloaded it, run the program and it should find the malware for you and get rid of it. | |
