| sore throat solution.
What you need: water, honey with lemon (plain honey) if, you don't have honey with lemon. & small cup.
Pour bottle water into your cup. (room temperature water) Add honey/honey lemon into the cup. Not too much. Cause honey is sweet. Just enough, to help your sore throat. get a spoon stir little. Keep the spoon, so you can scoop the honey out. The water turn brown. but don't worried. water will taste the same.
I don't like drinking tea. I have acid reflux. people with acid reflux really shouldn't be drinking tea. I was never a tea person. goes right through me. When, I drink it. I don't like the bitter taste of it.

| What I do is mix honey and vinegar together. It's gross but it works. You take a 1/4 cup honey and a 1/4 cup vinegar, mix it together and swallow 1 TBSP up to 6 times a day. The vinegar kills the bacteria causing the sore throat. I use applecider vinegar. | |
