Many of you know that my Jake......(and my Josh) are in the United States Air Force National Guard. They have regular jobs (both) and go to college (Josh). One weekend out of the month they go to the base for drill.....Jake works at a brick company through the week and has been there for quite a few years and absolutey hates it.....he heard about 6 months or so back, that there was an opening on base for full time work. He interviewed 2 weeks ago and has been waiting (im)patiently for news......Today he heard the words, "Welcome Aboard!" I am SO excited for him, as this will pay more and it will be something he dearly loves! Just had to share! Bliss

That's great! Congrats to Jake! Thumbsup Both my boys work at their aunt's brickyard each summer and it about kills them. For very little pay, lol. Well hey, if nothing else it's taught them that they have to do what it takes to get the better work in life! Wink
