| Jessica works at a UPS store in Reston, VA, She packs customers items in the appropriate packaging for shipment and her job requires quite a bit of customer service skills. She let me know a few weeks ago that she was selected from her store to travel to another location that was opening a new store and they wanted her to train the employees in customer service. She flew into Fresno, CA this afternoon to do help with their new store. I am so proud of her! Have not been here in a while, I know  but wanted to tell everone.  Spring is finally here, the lovely pink blooms on the "spray" tree outside my window are gone leaving a beautiful willow. | |
