Is it appropriate?

Do you think it is appropriate for a manager to be flirting and acting interested in one of the store's customers. This is not the main manager, just one of many. He is also not like 30 or anything. He is actually quite close to my age. I just was wanting some advice on this matter. I think he's kind of cute actually, but still wanted advice. He isn't nasty either.

]If the men was like older hiting on teens,Then it would be considered wrong in my eyes.But if the persons around the same age i guess it's no big deal.I don't think it be appropriate if a 30 year old hits on a 16 year old
